According to court docs, Zachary broke into Lana's Malibu pad back in November. As we previously reported, she wasn't home and construction workers found him lying on a mat in the garage.

A Massachusetts elementary school has canceled its Halloween events and is celebrating 'black and orange spirit day' instead. Boyden Elementary School's principal sent a letter to parents this week saying that it had decided to cancel its traditional Halloween parade on October 31 because it was 'not inclusive of all students' and was 'difficult' for many.  Without specifying which students the parade excluded, Principal Brendan Dearborn said the school would instead hold a 'black and orange spirit day'.

Conchata Ferrell, who played the gruff, straight-talking maid, Berta, on Two and a Half Men, has died. She died Monday in Sherman Oaks, CA following complications from a cardiac arrest. Her manager confirmed the news to NPR. She was 77 years old. In what was originally planned to be a two-episode arc in the show's first season, Ferrell's Berta became an integral part of the show, seeing it through its entire 12-season run.
