The Atlanta R&B group found mega-success in the 1990s and gave us classics like "Only You" and "Peaches and Cream," but in recent years, there has been trouble brewing behind the scenes. In May 2019, Q Parker reportedlyfiled for bankruptcy, and that same month, news surfaced that Slim sued two other members of the group for using the group's trademark without permission.

Prosecutors in NYC say Kyle Tessiero worked at a major NYC accounting firm. We're told the firm reps Marc, as well as Drake and Pharrell. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Tessiero started working there in 2007 and told prosecutors he instantly had access to Marc's bank accounts and credit cards.

Christopher Smith sentenced the now 20-year-old defendant to 4 years and 2 months in a juvenile treatment facility on Thursday after the man pled guilty to entering the Hollywood Hills mansion to rob the late rapper before things ended in bloodshed.
