At the age of 54, Roberto Esquivel Cabrera of Saltillo, Mexico has been advised to get a penis reduction, something the man has no intention of doing. According to the Daily Mail, Cabrera has been growing the size of his penis since he was a teenager, achieving a size of 18-inches.
